RoboHero is a tactical RPG strategy game that blends a rich single-player campaign with competitive multiplayer. Collect powerful robots, master turn-based tactical combat, and climb the global leaderboards. Released in May 2025 and published by DevDream. Available on iOS and Android. We partnered with an ambitious client to build a next-generation mobile game that bridges the gap between Web2 and Web3, designed from the ground up for both casual gamers and blockchain-savvy players. The challenge The client envisioned a feature-packed, real-time multiplayer mobile game that didn't compromise on gameplay, scalability or accessibility. The goal: seamlessly onboard Web2 users while delivering Web3 value – and do it all with a strong competitive backbone and social layers that keep players coming back. Our solution We delivered a full-featured, tactical mobile gaming experience centred on turn-based real-time PvP battles and an immersive story mode.

We partnered with an ambitious client to build a next-generation mobile game that bridges the gap between Web2 and Web3, designed from the ground up for both casual gamers and blockchain-savvy players.
The challenge
The client envisioned a feature-packed, real-time multiplayer mobile game that didn’t compromise on gameplay, scalability or accessibility.
